Class Action Alleges that Walmart Has "Egg" On Its Face

Plaintiff in a class action alleges that Walmart's private label "Organic Marketplace" eggs falsely advertise that their hens are free to roam with "outdoor access." The investigation of the facility, where Defendants keep their hens detailed in the complaint, found that they are instead confined to screened in porches in industrial barns.
