FTC Uncovers Fraud Using Fake Rental Properties
The Federal Trade Commission has obtained a court order against Danny Pierce and Andrew Lloyd for orchestrating a scheme that used fake rental property ads through Craigslist and deceptive promises of “free” credit reports.
