The USDA is asking for reports of companies claiming their products are organic certified when they are not. It has published some of these companies on its website. Falsely representing products as certified USDA organic violates the law and federal organic regulations punishable by fines of up to $11,000 for each violation. Andersen Sleater Sianni attorneys represent individuals in false advertising class actions. Click here to see the USDA list of violators.
