In its six to three decision today written by Justice Ginsburg, the Supreme Court held that in Campbell-Ewald Corp. v. Gomez, a defendant could not defeat a plaintiff's standing to bring a class action for a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), prohibiting unsolicited calls and
