SEC to Require Disclosure of Pay Gap

As part of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act, the SEC is set to implement a rule that will require corporation to publicly disclose the pay ratio difference between its chief executives and employees. Corporations fought to exclude foreign workers from this disclosure but the SEC resisted allowing only 5% of such workers to be excluded. Click here to read more.
